The lounge are is spacious, with double doors that open to a small terrace of 5' x 15'. The lounge itself, as the rest of the boat, has high ceilings and plenty of double glazed windows, There are also 2 tv points in the lounge, together with plugs with usb connections.
The bathroom has a large stand alone electric shower, as well as a toilet and hand basin. The double bedroom has plenty of room for a double bed and storage, and also houses the brand new gas combi boiler in an enclosed cupboard. There is a tv point, and usb plugs, in the bedroom.
Externally, the hull has been surveyed and painted, and the entire structure has been re clad with a composite low maintenance cladding. There is a good sized garden area to entertain, and also a set of attached steel steps making getting on and off the boat simple and safe whatever the tide.
