Heronby 1 is a fair example of her type. Offering good size accommodation and with her sliding canopy, the ability to pass under all bridges on the Broads. Fitted with a single toilet and shower compartment. Specifications include: warm air heating, gally fitted with stainless steel single drainer sink, 4 burner gas hob, gas oven and grill, microwave oven, refrigerator, plenty of storage (cupboards and drawers). Overall she is in fair condition but would benefit from a little tlc. Heronby 1 is an ideal craft for both extended cruising or just weekending on her mooring. She has great potential for anyone wishing to find a live aboard.
