Beautifully neat cabin cruiser looking for a new owner - I am going back to my roots and getting a sailing yacht again! I haven't owned "Mango Groove" for very long but have really loved spending time on the Broads with her. Reluctant to sell, but can't afford to keep her AND get a yacht.

ENGINE: Tohatsu 10 hp 4-stroke inboard-outboard, purrs along beautifully. Only 3 years old, with little use.
Lovely beige, cream and white colour scheme. Nicely fitted out inside, with double gas burner, and neat lidded s/s sink (which also has a small burner, not connected). Drains to exterior.
Double (though small-ish) forepeak berth, which is comfy lounge seating when not in use for sleeping.
Dinette which folds down into a large double berth.
Large shower room (shower not connected yet), with portapotti.
Good stowage and hanging space, and galley cupboards.
Cabin and nav lighting (including spotlight), radio, all working well.
Nice cockpit, with rear bench seat across the stern, above the engine well.
Brand new stainless steel canopy bars. Canopy that came with the boat is adequate, but if I'd kept her I'd have replaced it.
Really great cabin cruiser, roomy and in very good condition. Viewing welcome, by appointment. "Mango Groove" is in the water, at Ludham, Norfolk.

SALOON: Two opposite facing bench & stern seats over a removable height adjustable table, the helmsman seat hinges forward for access to the LPG cooker. Adjustable helm seat givies access to comprehensive controls and instrumentation. 2 adjustable central heating outlets.
GALLEY: set to starboard comprising under helm seat 2 burner gas hob with grill, stainless sink,12v/240v Isotherm fridge. Drawer storage in galley and locker storage under dinette and saloon seats.
ENGINE ACCESS:-
Gained via large hinged hatch in saloon giving easy access to engine, pump, belt adjustment, dip stick and other areas maintenance items.
Ducted ventilation in conjunction with a comprehensive acoustic insulation regime give note worthily low decibel levels in the saloon and accommodation areas.
GENERAL:-
One large sliding skylight hatch provides ample light and ventilation giving the saloon a bright and airy feel. All internal joinery hand crafted. Aluminium framed windows in saloon. New upholstery fitted in 2006.
Electric automatic & manual bilge pump, hydraulic steering system, calorifier and ships batteries, Dolphin twin output five stage battery charger new 2007.
Port side locker give access to Eberspacher central heating system and provide ample storage for safety and running equipment. Full canvas camper cover c/w aluminium hoop and back & side screens. A taneue cover is also provided for winter storage.
Transom area gives access to large safe swim platform or access to dinghy, external locker for LPG bottles & storage.
